Course Details

 

Group Sessions: 4 – 12 Parents/Carers and babies

Where and When?
Tuesdays 2pm
Hove Methodist Church, Portland Road.

Cost: £45 per person.

Includes:
5 weekly sessions of 1 hour
Massage instruction
Open group discussions
One to one support
Cold pressed organic sun flower oil
Hand outs
Tea and biscuits
Graduation party and certificate.

 

Private sessions: Individual sessions are available and can be given at your home or at the instructors home. You will be given one to one support and guided through any problem areas.

Where and When:
Thursdays or Fridays any time between 10am—2pm

Cost: £50 per person or £70 per couple.
